Job description & responsibilities
Support the CEO of InsideOut Sales Group in the end-to-end business development process and organization goal of researching, cultivating, and evolving relationships.
The position will be responsible for researching, cultivating, and evolving relationships. The individual will work with internal and external resources to create new customer communications, revise and eliminate existing communications as necessary. This may include email and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Using various research and information gathering tools, help identify strategic and tactical opportunities and/or customers that support execution of Integrity's long-term and nearer-term corporate growth strategies,
Research new opportunities for business alliances and conduct due diligence to identify partnership opportunities, and
Make cold calls to executive leadership with prospects
Use creative writing to create mail and email campaigns
Learn the current Client Relationship Management (CRM) System to support Lead Business Development Consultant
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

Experience in creating digital/email communications Intermediate
Development and production of print communications Intermediate
Relationship management/Interpersonal skills Intermediate
Oral and written communications skills Intermediate
Strategic and analytic skills, business judgment Intermediate

Computer Proficiency:
Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Mac experiences a plus.
Extensive knowledge of web-based search applications
Required:
Minimum 15-hour a week commitment
Must work from the office 1 day per week minimum, the day is flexible
Must have a working computer
Appreciation for sales and marketing and consulting
